What does a typical engagement look like?
Once the arc of a campaign is understood, Tara will establish a predictable, evenly distributed monthly retainer, beginning in the planning phase through the launch and into post-launch support. Most engagements are annual and renew as new products or initiatives are determined. Some contracts bake the cost of event staffing into the monthly retainers; others carve those costs out explicitly as separate arrangements. The team offers around the clock support rather than fixating on “billable hours”.

How do you manage conflicts of interest among your clients?
It’s true that Tara Bruno PR has many video game publishers and developers as clients. Tara is careful to ensure that no single team member, under the Tara Bruno PR umbrella or within their own set of freelance engagements, is working on more than one product that share a common genre and have release dates in proximity. Ultimately, the benefits of working with industry specialists, deeply entrenched in video game culture, trends and relationships, far outweighs any potential conflict of interest scenario.
